Description
Temple University's Student Health department is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to provide primary care to students at the Main campus. The role assesses and manages acute and chronic conditions, provides preventive care, recommends treatments, prescribes under physician supervision, coordinates follow-up, documents in an electronic medical record, and provides gynecologic care to female students. Applicants must hold a B.S.N. with a master's degree in nursing or graduate from an accredited PA program, be licensed and certified in Pennsylvania, and have at least three years of relevant experience. The position is on-site, potentially 10 months per year with summers off, and pays $90,000-$126,875 annually based on experience.
