Mayo Clinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider, either Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to function as an Intensivist in an 18-bed critical care unit. The role manages critically ill and complex patients from admission through transfer, performs assessments and procedures, develops care plans, interprets diagnostic tests, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. It is a full-time, rotating nocturnist position with 12.5-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pays $130,977.60 to $182,686.40 per year at 1.0 FTE.
