Elaya Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Infectious Disease division in Passaic, New Jersey, on a part-time-to-full-time basis. The role provides on-site infectious disease consultations and follow-up for residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, evaluates and manages infections, reviews cultures and laboratory results, recommends antimicrobial therapy, and collaborates with nursing, primary care, wound care, and facility teams.
