ACCESS is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-scope primary care for pediatrics at its Booker/Grand Boulevard health center. The role includes diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care, patient education, EHR maintenance, on-call responsibilities, and participation in quality and PCMH activities. Applicants must have an M.D. or D.O., completed primary-care residency, board certification, Illinois licensure, DEA and controlled-substance registration, and current CME; two years of outpatient primary-care experience and Spanish-language proficiency are preferred.
