The role includes focused history and physical exams, medical documentation, VA Disability Benefits Questionnaire completion, medical opinions, diagnostic testing, EMR work, and report submission. It requires an accredited MSN, DNP, PA-C, MD, or DO credential, an active New York license, current board certification, BLS certification, clinical assessment and documentation skills, EMR proficiency, a laptop, and a smartphone.
