Chi-Care Med is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for mobile outreach throughout Chicago, Illinois. The role provides frontline acute and chronic care, vaccinations, medication dispensing, infectious-disease screening, wound care, documentation, and referrals to social and higher-level services. Candidates must hold the appropriate Illinois advanced practice license, BLS/ACLS certification, a current driver’s license, and reliable transportation, with at least five years of clinical experience. Compensation is $50-$60 per hour, with flexible 5-hour shifts scheduled 1-2 times per week.
