Community Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care at its Rutland, Castleton, and Brandon clinics. The role includes patient history-taking and physical examinations, medical record review, diagnosis, laboratory and diagnostic ordering, treatment planning, wound suturing, prescription preparation, patient education, preventive recommendations, emergency evaluations, and continuity of care. Candidates need 3–5 years of primary care practice experience, graduation from an accredited acute-care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, and Vermont licensure.
