The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Primary Care role provides primary care in a long-term care setting in Lakewood, New Jersey. It is a full-time onsite position with a Monday-Friday 09:00am-05:00pm schedule and a stated annual pay range of $120,000-$150,000. Candidates must hold an NP or PA license and be board certified; hospital experience is preferred, while one year of SNF experience or transferrable experience including new graduates is considered.
