ChildServe is hiring a per-diem Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive inpatient care to children and young adults up to age 30 with complex medical needs and intellectual or developmental disabilities. The role includes assessments, diagnosis, treatment and medication prescribing, care planning, patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, quality-improvement support, and limited nursing supervision. Flexible day, night, or weekend hours are available, with after-hours and weekend call rotation not required for this PRN role. Applicants need a master's or doctorate in nursing, ARNP specialty education and an Iowa license, and three years of nurse practitioner experience; inpatient or complex-care experience is preferred.
