Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Nurse Professional Development Specialist (NPD) who is a Registered Nurse/Educator with an Advanced Nursing Degree. The NPD Specialist will utilize the sciences of nursing, technology, research, and evidence-based practice to develop teaching strategies, manage practice transitions, lead change, mentor staff, align activities with organizational goals, champion scientific inquiry, and contribute to patient safety and quality improvements. This role involves creating educational programs, analyzing competency data, facilitating continuous learning, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
