Heritagespring is hiring full-time and part-time dayshift Charge Nurses for its skilled nursing facility. The role provides direct nursing care to residents, oversees nurse associates, manages the nursing unit, administers medications and treatments, supports admissions and discharges, and promotes high-quality care delivery. Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing school, hold a current state nursing license, maintain licensure and CPR certification, and have strong organizational skills. Pay is $35.00 to $41.00 per hour depending on experience and licensure, with daily pay available.
