Description
Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care and services on assigned shifts or a specific unit in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves developing patient care programs and procedures, coordinating administration, nursing management, and staff, supervising nursing activities, managing staff performance, and providing patient care as needed. Candidates must hold current RN licensure, have BLS certification, and obtain ACLS certification within one year; CRRN certification is required within one year of meeting eligibility requirements. A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, along with two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience.
