Sutter Health's Sansum Clinic is hiring a full-time, onsite RN Supervisor overseeing Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Rheumatology nursing clinics. The role provides clinical and administrative leadership, coordinates personnel and department resources, drives process improvement, monitors satisfaction results and action plans, manages policies and training, and provides direct patient care within the RN's license and scope. The position is a regular exempt day-shift role, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, requiring California RN licensure, BLS certification, an accredited nursing education, and five years of recent relevant experience.
