Description
The Personal Health Services Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for First Steps and WIC programs serving children and families in King County. The role supervises multidisciplinary staff across public health centers, satellite clinics, and community locations; plans and evaluates community health programs; supports quality improvement and compliance; manages client satisfaction and grievance processes; and coordinates with staff, community partners, and other supervisors. It is a full-time, onsite career service position based at White Center Public Health with travel to multiple sites, requiring a nursing degree, Washington State RN license, BLS-CPR, and relevant maternal and child health, public health, or community-based health experience.
