Description
The Medical Suites at Oak Creek is hiring a Nurse Unit Manager to lead nursing operations for an assigned long-term-care or skilled-nursing unit. The role supervises and develops nursing staff, manages staffing and workflow, coordinates resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams, monitors outcomes and regulatory compliance, ensures documentation quality, supports resident and family communication, participates in clinical leadership call rotation, and assists with hiring and onboarding. An active Wisconsin RN license and at least three years of nursing experience are required; long-term-care or skilled-nursing experience is required, while leadership experience is preferred.
