Description
The Nursery Coordinator supports the Early Childhood Ministry leadership team by preparing for Sunday services, managing volunteer profiles and scheduling in Planning Center, recruiting and training volunteers, coordinating classroom readiness, supporting curriculum planning, and fostering relationships with families and volunteers. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least three years of experience in church, nonprofit, or for-profit administrative support; Planning Center knowledge and prior volunteer-leadership experience are preferred.
