Banana Moon Day Nursery is opening a brand new nursery in Royston in October 2026 and is hiring an experienced Nursery Manager to lead the setting. The role covers day-to-day nursery operations, policy and regulatory compliance, staff recruitment and deployment, curriculum implementation, family engagement, and safeguarding the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff. The ideal candidate has early years education experience, strong leadership and management skills, knowledge of EYFS and early years regulations, and at least 2 years of management experience, with a full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification.
