Description
The Nursing Assistant provides routine nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures, under the direction of nursing leadership. Responsibilities include resident rounds, verifying resident identification, making beds, cleaning bedside and overbed tables, maintaining water pitchers, and performing other assigned duties. The role requires current nursing assistant school enrollment or certification, at least six months of certified nursing assistant or relevant clinical experience, English communication skills, interpersonal ability, patience, emotional stability, and the ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset residents.
