Description
The Department of Perioperative Services at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is hiring a full-time Nursing Assistant 2 for the Operating Room. Under the direction of licensed or higher-level clinical staff, the role provides hands-on patient care, including hygiene, feeding, mobility, positioning, transport, vital-sign measurement, specimen collection, limited treatments, monitoring equipment checks, observation and reporting of abnormal symptoms, recordkeeping, and related cleaning and supply duties.
