Description
Summit Orthopedics is hiring a full-time Nursing Assistant for its Minnetonka Surgery Center. The role provides direct hands-on patient care, assists with transfers and equipment, restocks and maintains inventory, responds to staff requests, documents maintenance activities, and supports perioperative, pre- and postoperative nursing staff. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with variable daytime hours and may require floating to other Summit surgery centers. Compensation is $18.77 to $23.46 per hour, with potential bonuses, differentials, deferred compensation, and medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
