Description
The Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, assisting the nursing team in maintaining unit standards. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with feeding, participating in restorative nursing procedures, responding to call lights, observing and reporting changes in resident conditions, applying and releasing restraints safely, aiding in movement and transport, encouraging participation in activities, maintaining cleanliness, taking vital signs, and recording detailed notes.
