The Psychosocial Center is hiring a Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) for an unlimited 30-hour-per-week contract in its residential and nursing home in Gera. The role supports residents with mental health conditions according to care plans, promotes their independence, documents care, participates in case conferences, and performs domestic and housekeeping tasks. Initial nursing experience is beneficial but not required, and the position requires availability for early, late, and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
