The role provides basic and treatment care or support in line with QN 3, improves residents’ quality of life, maintains respectful relationships with residents and relatives, and documents care measures. Applicants need a Nursing Assistant examination or comparable qualification, while first experience in inpatient geriatric care is welcomed but new graduates may also apply.
