Description
A nursing assistant role responsible for providing routine nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures, under the direction of nursing leadership, to maintain high-quality resident care. Duties include resident rounds, verifying resident identification, making beds, cleaning tables, ensuring water is available, and performing other assigned care tasks. Qualifications require current enrollment in a nursing assistant program or CNA licensure, at least 6 months of CNA or clinical experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, tact, emotional stability, and the ability to work with ill, elderly, disabled, emotionally upset, or hostile residents.
