Description
The Nursing Assistant provides safe, humanized, and individualized nursing care in Primary Health Units, including medication administration, specimen collection, wound care, vaccinations, vital-sign monitoring, patient preparation, record maintenance, equipment and material control, hygiene guidance, and participation in health promotion and home visits. The role requires a high school education, a completed Nursing Assistant course, active registration with the Nursing Assistant Professional Council, and at least three months of experience as a Nursing Assistant or Nursing Technician. It is based in the South Zone, follows a 5x2 Monday-to-Friday schedule, and includes meal and food vouchers, optional medical and dental assistance, and wellness and pharmacy partnerships.
