Description
The Nursing Assistant provides basic and treatment-related nursing care, supports clients’ self-determination, contributes to individualized care plans, documents nursing measures, coordinates with caregivers and other professionals, and assists with admissions and facility transitions. The role is based at Konrad van Parzham House in Tilbeck, requires nursing-assistant training, teamwork, empathy, reliability, night-shift availability, and basic Microsoft Office skills, and offers AVR-C remuneration, vacation and Christmas bonuses, 30 vacation days, a five-day work week, employer-funded pension, occupational health management, and multi-professional team support.
