Description
The Emergency Medical Technician performs routine patient care, supports and services patients, and follows established clinical standards, policies, and procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, basic life-support knowledge, clinical and medical-terminology knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. It is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position with varied shifts, rotating weekends, and 32 weekly hours, offering benefits and pay of $26.13 to $36.58 per hour.
