Description
The Nursing Assistant provides nursing care and support for residents, independently carries out delegated nursing measures, supports care planning and resident independence, monitors health status, documents care, and collaborates with qualified nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires GuKG nursing-assistant training, health-professions registration, and strong communication and responsibility; full-time pay starts at €3,084.50 gross per month under the SWÖ collective agreement, with variable allowances and experience-based salary adjustments.
