Description
The Technical Partner provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN, including activities of daily living, call-light response, documentation, patient transport, vital-signs collection, equipment setup, specimen delivery, and assistance with procedures such as EKGs, catheter care, and dressing changes. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current BLS, Act 33 and Act 34, and an Act 73 FBI clearance; preferred qualifications include a Nurse Aide or comparable program, computer skills, phlebotomy, and EKG experience. The position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but mentors new hires and students, and may involve local travel between Independence Health locations.
