NeuroRestorative is hiring an on-site Nursing Case Manager to provide nursing and case management for up to 20 individuals in four group homes. The role develops and implements care plans, performs intake assessments and prior authorizations, coordinates medical and home-care services, audits medication carts, orders medications, supports crisis and staff education, and prepares monthly reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a valid state nursing license, and at least two years of relevant experience; it offers an 80–85k salary and full-time benefits.
