Description

This role involves providing clinical and administrative guidance for nursing clinic operations, focusing on quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing department activities, implementing process improvements, monitoring satisfaction surveys, enforcing policies, and delivering direct patient care. The nurse will also mentor staff, participate in recruitment, manage staffing projections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of recent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrate basic nursing skills.
Demonstrate effective English verbal and written communication skills.
Self directed in coordinating the care plan for patient care delivery.
Completion of SMF orientation: Basic Skills Assessment, Epic and IDX course work and competency assessment.
Demonstrate knowledge of community resources, legal policies relating to patient decisions and outcomes.
Demonstrate skills in delegation, leadership and team management concepts.
Demonstrate knowledge of the performance standards of other team members.
Completion of department specific orientation.
Computer skills, including Epic
