Mitchell College is hiring a Nursing Clinical Coordinator to direct the clinical practice portion of its four-year direct-entry Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. The role combines clinical program administration, clinical-site liaison work, student clinical instruction, and substitute instruction in clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings, while also participating in institutional meetings and events. Candidates must hold an active Connecticut RN license, current BLS certification, a master’s degree in nursing, and at least two years of clinical nursing instruction and evaluation experience; preferred qualifications include higher-education experience, simulation teaching experience, nursing simulation certifications, and a doctorate.
