Description
The Nursing Coordinator supports the Assistant Nurse Manager by monitoring and coordinating clinic flow, triaging same-day and walk-in patients, overseeing medication and equipment, reviewing medical charts, coordinating STI treatment, and providing patient education. The role also mentors nursing staff, enforces clinical protocols, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. It requires a current and unrestricted California RN license, AHA CPR certification, at least three years of direct patient-care experience, and preferably one year of HIV/AIDS healthcare experience.
