Description
The Nursing Director - Emergency Department will direct nursing practice, quality, staffing, personnel, operations, and financial activities for the emergency department and related services. The role oversees nursing standards, regulatory and JCAHO compliance, budgeting, multidisciplinary care delivery, staff development, and system-wide improvement initiatives. Candidates must hold a master's degree in nursing, business, health care administration, or a related field, be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan, and have five years of clinical and/or progressively responsible management experience.
