Mayo Clinic is hiring a full-time Nursing Education Specialist to support Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology and the Nursing Professional Development Division. The role assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education, and competency programs, while serving as a learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, scientific-inquiry champion, and practice-transition partner. The position requires an RN license, a nursing or related degree, educational-programming experience, teaching skills, and TN sponsorship eligibility; compensation is $108,201.60–$162,406.40 per year.
