The Nursing Education Specialist assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates educational activities for Department of Nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education, and competency programs. The role supports learning facilitation, change management, mentoring, scientific inquiry, professional development, and practice transitions. It requires a nursing degree, at least three years of nursing practice experience, demonstrated teaching skills, and Cellular Therapy experience; TN sponsorship is available. The position is full-time, pays $96,179.20–$144,331.20 annually, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and savings benefits.
