Diakovere Krankenhaus gGmbH is hiring a Nursing Manager as Training Coordinator for Practical Training to support the Nursing and Organizational Development department at the Henriettenstift, Freiderikenstift, and Annastift sites. The role manages and develops practical nursing training across sites and units, coordinates trainee placements and salaried practice instructors, leads quality circles, monitors continuing education, and manages projects. It is available full-time or part-time on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the current job holder’s absence and requires nursing professional training, a health-sector university degree, at least two years of hospital experience, and experience training nursing professionals.
