DIAKOVERE Krankenhaus gGmbH is hiring a Nursing Manager as Training Coordinator for Practical Training to support nursing and organizational development at the Henriettenstift, Freiderikenstift, and Annastift locations. The role manages and develops practical training across sites and wards, coordinates placements with schools and external partners, leads full-time practice instructors, organizes quality circles, monitors continuing education, and handles project management. It is available full-time or part-time on a temporary basis and requires nursing training, a health-related university degree, substantial professional experience including at least two years in a hospital, and experience training nursing professionals.
