The Nursing Manager will lead and improve nursing operations in an urgent care unit, including team management, standardized procedures, quality and performance monitoring, multidisciplinary committees, training, audits, reporting, and coordination with other departments. The role requires higher education in Nursing, a postgraduate degree in hospital or health management, COREN-SP registration, a recognized Manchester Risk Classification Protocol course, and six months of nursing management experience.
