Umane is hiring a Nursing Manager for its EHPAD Le Verdon facility in Saint-Julien-le-Montagnier, Var. The role leads and coordinates nursing teams, develops and monitors care plans, ensures care protocols are followed, coordinates external providers, supports multidisciplinary projects, manages human and material resources, and communicates with management, families, and residents. Candidates must hold a State Diploma in Nursing, health management training or a master’s degree, and be registered with ADELI and the Order of Nurses; experience in coordination or team management in an EHPAD or SSIAD is preferred.
