Dungarvin is hiring an onsite Nursing Services Manager in Indianapolis to lead wellness coordination and nursing operations across assigned programs. The role supervises and develops nursing staff, oversees clinical care and documentation, supports healthcare planning and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with program leadership, physicians, families, and other providers. The position requires an active Indiana RN license, at least one year of nursing or healthcare staff leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and successful background clearance. It offers an annual fixed salary of $71,335.76 plus a $5,000 retention bonus, with approximately 50% travel throughout the Lafayette and Kokomo areas.
