Dungarvin is hiring a Nursing Services Manager to oversee nursing operations and the Wellness Coordination program in a selected area. The role supervises and develops nursing staff, monitors clinical care and documentation, supports healthcare planning and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with program leadership and other providers. It requires an active Indiana RN license, at least one year of nursing or healthcare staff leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and successful background clearance. The position is onsite in Bloomington, Seymour, or Evansville, with approximately 50% travel throughout the Lafayette and Kokomo areas, and offers an annual fixed salary of $71,335.76 plus a $5,000 retention bonus.
