Roper St. Francis Healthcare is hiring a Nursing Education and Professional Development Specialist to implement and evaluate nursing education programs, support RN residency and preceptor development, coach staff, integrate learning technology, and monitor educational outcomes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or education, RN licensure, and 5 years of clinical experience, with a master's degree preferred. It is a 40-hour day/evening position in a general office environment with occasional travel and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
