Roper St. Francis Healthcare is hiring a Nursing Education and Professional Development Specialist to implement, evaluate, and support nursing education and professional development programs across assigned departments and facilities. The role includes orientation and onboarding, RN residency, preceptor support, coaching and mentoring, learning design, competency assessment, data-driven program evaluation, and collaboration with clinical stakeholders to support Magnet and Pathways to Excellence initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing or education, registered nurse licensure, and either three years of related clinical experience with leadership or professional development experience for BSMH or five years of clinical experience for Roper St. Francis Healthcare.
