Riley Children's Health is hiring a full-time Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to support the Mother Baby unit at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. The role combines learning facilitation, change management, mentoring, leadership, inquiry advocacy, and professional development for clinical learners and staff, including onboarding, curriculum support, evidence-based practice modeling, and educator development. The position requires a BSN, an active Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact RN license, AHA Basic Life Support certification, graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program, and the ability to travel as needed; two years of experience and maternity or mother-baby experience are preferred.
