Alloheim is hiring a Nursing Professional (m/f/d) as a Practice Instructor for its residence. The role coordinates nursing schools and other relevant interfaces, mentors trainees and prepares them for their final exam, conducts feedback meetings, documents resident care, contributes to care quality, and represents the provider at training fairs and vocational schools. Candidates need vocational training as an assessed nursing professional, senior care nurse, or nurse for health and nursing, plus further training as a practice instructor or willingness to complete it; professional experience is welcome but not required.
