Description
The Nursing Program Director will supervise the daily operations of the BSN program at the Albany Market, including meeting New York Office of Professions, CCNE, and NCLEX pass-rate standards; managing nursing faculty, instructional and clinical staff, student advising, registration, curriculum, academic reporting, and clinical site agreements. The role requires a doctorate from an accredited institution, a master’s degree in nursing, and two years of supervisory experience in the academic arena, preferably as an educational nursing director. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$135,000 and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
