The role involves one-on-one coaching, group offerings, documentation, and collaboration with funding agencies and network partners. Candidates need a nursing-related degree or vocational training, preferably practical nursing experience, plus a trainer aptitude test or comparable basic teaching qualification with at least 90 teaching units; an alternative route exists for those with at least three years of qualified nursing-sector experience and the required teaching qualifications. The position is part-time and offers a fixed structure, a central coaching location, and professional team support.
