Description
The Nursing Scheduling Coordinator supervises and maintains nursing staffing schedules in a long-term care facility, coordinating RN, LPN, and CNA schedules, time off, sick-call coverage, shift staffing, and overtime utilization. The role uses the OnShift scheduling system, communicates staffing issues to the Director of Nursing, and requires strong communication, computer, mathematical, English-language, and resident-care collaboration skills. CNA certification, long-term care experience, and prior scheduling experience are preferred. The position is full-time and includes medical, dental, holiday pay, and paid time off.
