Diakonisches Werk Altholstein is hiring a full-time, permanent Nursing Service Manager for its Altenzentrum St. Nicolai in Kiel, effective 1 October 2026. The role leads the nursing department, plans and controls staff deployment, develops nursing processes and quality management, supports audits, coaches unit managers and employees, resolves conflicts, and serves as a contact for residents, families, and external partners. Candidates need registered-nurse training, Nursing Service Manager training or a nursing-management degree, and first leadership experience in inpatient elderly care.
